DINOSAR at European Conference on Synthetic Aperture Radar (EUSAR) 2026
We are pleased to announce that the DINOSAR project will be represented at EUSAR 2026, taking place in Baden-Baden, Germany, from 8–11 June 2026. Our partner, the University of Alicante, will attend the conference and present a DINOSAR poster showcasing our latest scientific and technical advances.
Over the past few months, DINOSAR have enhanced its integration algorithm that combines SAR and optical data for sugarcane biomass estimation. The previous data-driven optical model has been replaced with a more robust, physically-based approach, enabling accurate estimation of sugarcane biomass using optical inputs. This upgrade enhances the general applicability of our method, making it adaptable to a wider range of agricultural conditions and geographic regions. We are excited to share the latest results of this approach at the upcoming EUSAR 2026.
EUSAR is one of Europe’s leading conferences dedicated to advances in Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), bringing together researchers, industry experts, and institutional stakeholders to discuss the latest developments in radar technology and Earth Observation applications. Participating in this event represents an important opportunity for DINOSAR to disseminate results, strengthen collaborations, and contribute to innovation in smart agriculture and satellite data integration.
