GDPR Compliance Statement on the Treatment of Personal Data

In compliance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation), the DINOSAR project affirms that all data introduced and provided through this website will be treated by Euronovia as communication leader of DINOSAR.

Euronovia collects the identifying data of users and visitors of the website who wish to request contact information through the contact form (name, email organisation) and register to receive information through our newsletter (name, email address, organisation, field of expertise, country). All entities and individuals who will have access to these data for the above-mentioned purpose will comply with the obligation of confidentiality introduced by Article 5 LOPD. These personal data will only be treated, managed, and stored in accordance with the requirements of DINOSAR obligation to keep and preserve records for a period of five (5) years following the end of the Project’s implementation.

Euronovia ensures the confidentiality of the data provided and guarantees that in no case will be transferred to third parties, apart from project’s partners. The personal data you provide when completing the forms are incorporated into our database and are only used to process your requests and/or send you information about our services. Under no circumstances consent or participation forms for DINOSAR activities will authorise the use of or request data and personal information regarded as sensitive in accordance with Article 9 of the GDPR.

The respondents explicitly accept the above-mentioned process of data collection and processing within the domain of the purposes of the project. All respondents can exercise their right to consent withdrawal with no retroactive effects, unless data processing complies with any of the lawful grounds of processing included in Article 6 GDPR. The respondents can request at any time the exercise of the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, object and not to be subject to individual decision – making, according to Articles 15-22 GDPR.
