DINOSAR’s presence at the ISSCT2025 conference
We are delighted to announce that DINOSAR will be present at the World Sugar Cane Congress in Cali (Colombia) from 24 to 28 August 2025.
This congress is organised by the International Society of Sugar Cane Technologists (ISSCT), an association of scientists, technologists, managers, institutions and companies concerned with the technical advancement of the cane sugar industry. In 2025, the organisation of the event is coordinated by Tecnicana, a major Colombian company in the field of the sugar cane industry.

The legitimacy of the DINOSAR project is doubly strengthened by its participation in the ISSCT2025 congress, for two main reasons:
- DINOSAR study’s area is located in the Cauca Valley, area surrounding the Cali region, making its field test more than relevant regarding the ISSCT Congress;
- The solutions developed by DINOSAR are aimed directly at visitors to the conference, most of whom are from the sugar cane industry.
Given the importance of this conference for DINOSAR, the consortium has decided to strengthen its presence with a stand dedicated to the project. You will then be able to meet us during the whole duration of the event! DINOSAR’s will be located at the booth n°82. Our consortium also drafted an article to be presented during the oral or/and poster presentation.
Meanwhile, check the review from Tecnicana: Nueva edición de la Revista Tecnicaña; Innovación, sostenibilidad y tecnología al servicio del agro colombiano – Tecnicaña where you will find a dedicated page showcasing DINOSAR.
