Andrea Idrovo

She is an experienced project manager, responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and coordination of various index insurance projects at eLEAF. She has more than ten years’ experience managing a wide range of projects at NGOs with international donors, with themes ranging from climate risk, environmental sustainability, integrated water management, adaptation to climate change, gender, human rights, and public policies. She will lead the WP7 focused on Project Management.
