DINOSAR Annual Partners Meeting: advancing technical development and future planning
As DINOSAR enters its third and final year, all project partners gathered, on 27 January 2026, for the Annual Partners Meeting, held in a hybrid format. Half of the consortium met in person in Amersfoort, at eLEAF’s offices, while the remaining partners joined the meeting online, ensuring broad participation across the consortium.
The first part of the meeting focused on technical discussions related to algorithms and their integration into an operational, factory-ready environment. Partners presented updates on the optical, radar, and integrated models, including yield modelling and implementation plans. Particular attention was given to the transition toward production-ready solutions, enabling variable rate applications and yield estimation. The session also allowed partners to align on timelines, areas of interest, and deployment planning for activities in Colombia.
The second part of the agenda addressed the planning of testing campaigns, project management updates, and the review and scheduling of upcoming deliverables. Strategic topics were also discussed, including business development perspectives, collaboration plans with key clients in Colombia and Ukraine, and communication activities such as communication outreach, events, and conferences.
This Annual Partners Meeting was a key milestone for DINOSAR, reinforcing collaboration among partners and ensuring a shared vision for the continued development, validation, and exploitation of the project’s results.
